**Terms and Conditions – Krealab.shop**

**1. General information**
This website is operated by Krealab. By placing an order on [www.krealab.shop](http://www.krealab.shop), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

**2. Products**
All products for sale are handcrafted creations. Each item is unique and may have slight variations from the images shown. These variations are not defects but are a characteristic of the craftsmanship.

**3. Orders and payments**
The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.
The prices shown on the site include VAT, where applicable.

**4. Processing times**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. For customized products, lead times may vary and will be communicated to the customer.

**5. Shipping**
Shipments are made via the Spanish Postal Service (Correos) or partner couriers.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

* Spain: 3–5 working days
* Europe: 5–10 working days
* Rest of the world: 10–20 working days

Krealab is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs.

**6. Shipping address**
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information entered. Any incorrect or incomplete address will be borne by the buyer.

**7. Right of withdrawal**
For non-personalized products, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, as indicated in the "Returns and Refunds" section.

**8. Customized products**
Personalized items (engravings, names, logos, dates) are made to the customer's specific request and are therefore not subject to the right of return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
