Are the pendants really handmade?

Yes. Each Krealab pendant is handcrafted, one at a time.

We do not use industrial molds or mass production: each piece is unique and may have small differences that are inherent to it.

Can I personalize my pendant?

Yes. Many collections allow for personalization with names, dates, coordinates, symbols, or short dedications.

When ordering, you will be able to indicate all the necessary details.

Can I see a preview before it's made?

No, we do not provide digital proofs.

Each creation is born from an artisanal and not industrial process: the final result is unique and not 100% replicable.

How long does it take to make?

Each pendant is made after the order.

Processing times vary depending on the model and customization, but generally require a few business days before shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once fulfilled, the order is shipped with protected shipping.

Can I return a personalized pendant?

Personalized pendants cannot be returned because they are made to measure.

For non-personalized products, the standard return conditions apply, indicated on the Returns and Refunds page.

Are Murano talismans customizable?

No. Murano talismans are not customizable.

Each piece is already unique and is born from an unrepeatable combination of glass, color and material.

How should I take care of the pendant?

The pendants are sturdy, but remain handcrafted objects.

We recommend avoiding impacts, direct perfumes, and aggressive chemicals to preserve their beauty and durability.

Will the colors and details be identical to the photos?

No. Because each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in color, transparency, or texture.

These differences are not defects, but part of the artisanal value of the product.
