Returns and refunds

Non-personalized products

The customer can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

* the item is intact and unused
* be returned in the original packaging
* no damage or signs of wear

To initiate a return, you must send a request to the email address: krealab.sshop@gmail.com indicating:

* order number
* name and surname
* reason for return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on the part of Krealab.

Customized products

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, except for manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the order.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 10 business days using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

Damaged products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact Krealab within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the damage. In this case, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
